Haiku, 'Blue Boys Love.'
Lone heart by the sea, Finds his true love in a kiss, Joined hearts, joy complete.
Haiku, 'Warmth on Raked Sand.'
Bare chests meet the cold, Warm lips touch as winter falls, Snow on the raked sand.
Haiku, 'Silk Memory, Steel Dream.'
Hands unlace the silk,
Heavy armor falls away,
Skin revealed to skin.
Tanka, 'A Man's Appeal.'
Rain slicked on your skin, Marked by red, a fierce display, Raw and sculpted form, Takes the breath of night away, Darkness holds a pulling sway.
Renga, 'My Western Geisha Departed for Kimon.'
Cold wind howls a lonely song, Vengeance calls, a siren's cry.
Two guns in the night, A dark, wet, and deadly scene, Her still form below. The flash of fire, a sharp sound, Silence falls, a heavy shroud.
Golden light in bed, Soft touch, a gentle whisper, Now just a memory. Warmth replaced by icy chill, Empty space where she should be.
I held her close once, Under the pouring blue rain, Now I hold nothing. Her ghost lingers in the mist, A tender touch I can't feel.
Look into my eyes, See the fire, the burning hate, They will pay the price. No peace till the debt is paid, Blood for blood, a solemn vow.
